Yes, you heard it right, but only chocolate is taken in modest amounts.

A study reported in the prestigious British Medical Journal suggests that people who regularly eat chocolate candy live up to a year longer than those who deprive themselves.
The study looked at the 1998 health records of 7,841 men, who entered Harvard as undergraduates between 1916 and 1950. And it found that people who ate modest amounts of candy bars, from one to three a month, had a 36 percent lower risk of death than those who abstained.
The researchers say that antioxidant phenols in the chocolate portion are responsible for the added longevity. They say the amount of phenols in a 1.5 ounce chocolate bar is about the same as in a glass of red wine.
So, what are waiting for? Take a bite - just a bit ha!

I just want to show you a photo that my hubby has captured last Monday. Actually, I told him to play around with our dslr and give me a photo that is worth posting. Lol!
And here’s what he got …

It’s a macro shot of “huge red ants” talking to each other. Can you see their eyes? This is how serious my hubby is in capturing a macro shot!
Cool huh? He really went up to the branch to give me this awesome shot.
Thanks Hubby!

Looking for someone? Check them out at MyLife where you can find anyone – all in one place!

All you need to do is visit their site and register your data. That’s it! You can then search for someone like a long lost friend, a family member or your Ex! Isn’t that cool?
But you know what, there’s a greater deal on this and that is if you’re a member you would know who’s looking for you as well!
Well, I’ve heard this exciting news from my SIL Gail who has been looking for a friend in Canada. She accidentally stumbled at MyLife and thought of looking typing the name of her friend – whala! The browser suddenly showed result and saw the name with the age and some personal data. Now, because of this great site they are now seeing each other in Canada and have a constant contact of each other.
Sounds cool, I’d love to try this myself and see if I can find some of my classmates and old childhood friends abroad.
How about you guys? Care to try? I bet you won’t regret being a member. For now, I need to ciao and search some stuff in the web!

This is my entry for this week.

My husband actually captured this photo. He shot this from one of our trees at our backyard because he was quite amazed on how the leaves TIED up together as they wither.
Nature really moves in unique ways and when they wither they still have the beauty and still never fail to amaze us. That’s why it is just fair that we take good care of them for us to see them bloom and for them to take care of us as well.
More amazing photos here.
